Your team, working with AI, in ninety days.
Charlie Rose Consulting Group gets a business onto HQ, the shared AI workspace built on Claude Code, and gets the team using it on real work. One to three months at a fixed monthly price, then a support plan.
Fixed monthly price, set on the first call and held for the engagement. Work outside the agreed workflows is quoted separately.
What you get
Six things, all of them finished and in your hands by the end of the implementation.
Your company in HQ
A cloud-backed company with your owner and team invited on the right roles, a vault for credentials, and file access set so people see what they should.
Your knowledge loaded
Documents, meeting notes, decisions, policies, and code where you have it, brought in so any session can answer questions about your business on day one.
Three to five workflows running
Chosen on the first call. Meeting notes and action items, weekly reporting, customer follow-up, content, engineering tasks. Each one built as a command your team runs.
Your team trained on live work
One recorded team session, then each person runs a task from their actual week through HQ with us on call. This is where adoption happens.
An agent that runs on its own
Where it fits: a weekly report, a Slack bot that answers from company knowledge, an inbox triage pass. Provisioned with its own identity and access.
Numbers you can show
A baseline recorded before we start and a month-by-month adoption figure after: hours on the workflows, misses, people running sessions, tasks shipped.
How it works
A working session first, then a month with a done condition every week, then support.
Working session
Ninety minutes with the owner. You describe the three workflows that cost the most time or get dropped most often. We pick the pilot team, inventory your tools, and set the tier. The proposal documents what was agreed in the room.
Implementation
One to three months. Week one is foundation, week two the first workflow, week three the team on it, week four agents and numbers. Larger companies repeat the cycle for the next team. If a week's done condition is not met, the schedule moves, not the scope.
Support
Monthly, on a six-month term. A capped amount of attention, one new workflow or skill each month, and the adoption number reported against the baseline.
What it costs
Both figures are stated up front. The tier is set on the working session and does not move after signature.
Implementation
Set by company size and how many workflows the engagement commits to.
| Tier | Fits | Monthly | Length |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small | 5 to 15 people, one team, one or two workflows | $5,000 | 1 to 2 months |
| Standard | 15 to 50 people, two or three teams, three to five workflows | $7,500 | 2 to 3 months |
| Full | 50 to 150 people, several teams, a repo or two, an agent | $10,000 | 3 months |
Support
Six-month term once the company is running.
- Capped monthly attention, written into the contract
- One new workflow or skill each month
- Adoption reported against your baseline
Your HQ plan
Paid to HQ directly for your own company account. We do not mark it up.
- Workforce plan for most companies
- Enterprise plan priced by HQ for larger teams
- Includes the vault, sync, and team access
Custom software beyond HQ skills, workers and agents is a separate quote. Third-party tools are yours to pay for and administer. Requests above the support cap are quoted, not absorbed.
Who it's for
Owner-led companies of roughly 5 to 150 people where the founder wants the team using AI and nobody on staff owns making that happen.
- Operators with a teamThe work runs through email, Slack, documents and a few SaaS tools. People spend hours a week on things that should take minutes.
- Companies with a codebaseEngineering teams that want the repo inside HQ so sessions know the code, and want reviews, tests and releases run the same way every time.
- Founders who tried and stalledSomeone bought the tools, a few people use them, and nothing is shared. The knowledge, the rules and the workflows never got written down.
Your team, working with AI. The first ninety days.
Thirty pages on what actually happens when a company puts its knowledge in one place, gives its people a shared AI workspace, and runs real work through it. Written for the people who will be doing it: who goes first, what each week looks like, the rules on one page, and the things we will tell you straight.
It is the same book we hand every client in week zero.
You get the PDF right away. No newsletter. We may follow up once by email, and only once.
Built by running it.
Charlie runs his own companies on HQ every day: a supplement brand, a coffee wholesaler, an artist management platform, a recording studio and the consulting practice itself. The workflows sold here are the ones already running there.
On one account, a $1.8M direct-to-consumer supplement brand, the full marketing operation ran on cadence for six months: content, social, email, paid media and reporting. Return on ad spend went from 3.15× to 5.24× over the engagement.
About the practice
Charlie Rose Consulting Group is run by Charlie Rose, a software engineer in Lyons, Colorado, with twenty years building production systems and an HQ implementation partner.
The practice is small on purpose. Two implementations run at once, no more. You work directly with the person building your workflows, and the same person answers the support line afterward.
Everything built during an engagement lives in your HQ account and is documented so your team, or another partner, can carry it on.
What HQ is
HQ is a shared context and capability layer over Claude Code, Cursor and Codex. Your company's knowledge, policies, skills and agents live in one place, synced across the team, so every AI session starts with your context loaded and follows your rules.
You hold the account. We set it up, build on it, and train your team to run it.
Start with a working session.
Send a few lines about your company and the three things that eat the most time. You get back a short written read on where HQ fits, then ninety minutes with Charlie to scope the engagement and set the tier.
